At Straight to the Plate Catering, we are not only producing amazing food, but we believe the Culinary Journey starts well before the entrees are served, beginning with our initial phone call and extends to the use of creative culinary presentations designed specifically to enhance the event to give your guests the ultimate experience.

For your Culinary Journey may we suggest fun and interactive action stations, or themed tablescape buffets, adding strolling tray passed bites, or an exceptional plated meal experience, or perhaps ending with decadent desserts including our freshly made donuts to give your guests something to talk about!

“This team was an incredible asset to my wedding. They patiently communicated with both my mother and I, who are quite Type A and probably not the easiest customers! They were friendly and sweet with us throughout the entire process leading up to our big night. They were also incredibly receptive to our ideas and vision for food.

On the night of our wedding, the food was delicious and everyone raved about how good it was (especially the gyros!) One guest made the joke that it was the first wedding they did NOT leave feeling hungry. Before the STTP team left, one of the amazing workers approached me to thank me for letting them be a part of our day. I was humbled; they had done so much to make our wedding special. “Yesterday I had a baby shower for my daughter-in-law and I certainly was not let down. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company and their staff. The food presentation was beautiful… and it was delicious. Everything from the tea sandwiches, fondues and dips, to the awesome desserts.

I don’t know how they did it but they were there but yet they weren’t. It was as if they floated amongst the guests. Keeping everything in order and being attentive to each person. There are so many other things I could go on and on about but I would hire them again in a heart beat. All of the guests commented about how wonderful they were.”
